Our Values
We believe behaviour support should always be:
- Respectful — Every person deserves dignity and compassion.
- Collaborative — We work closely with families, carers, and providers.
- Evidence‑based — Our plans follow proven frameworks and best practice.
- Culturally sensitive — We honour diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.
- Transparent — Clear communication and ethical practice guide everything we do.
- Outcome‑focused — We support meaningful progress toward NDIS goals.
How We Work
Our behaviour support process typically includes:
- Functional Behaviour Assessment (FBA)
- Behaviour Support Plan development
- Training and coaching for support teams
- Ongoing monitoring and review
- Restrictive practice reporting (if applicable)
Every plan is tailored to the participant’s goals, environment, and support needs. We focus on practical strategies that improve quality of life and promote independence.
Who We Support
We support NDIS participants of all ages across:
- Wyndham
- Brimbank
- Melton
- Hobsons Bay
- Maribyrnong
- Moonee Valley
We also provide telehealth behaviour support across Australia.
Professional Collaboration
In addition to direct participant support, we also subcontract with registered NDIS providers who require qualified behaviour support practitioners for specific participants or projects. This allows us to contribute to broader service delivery while maintaining high standards of care.
We do not currently offer subcontracting services to other practitioners.
Looking Ahead
As our practice grows, we are committed to expanding our team while maintaining the personal, responsive service our clients value. Whether you’re a participant, provider, or support coordinator, we’re here to help you navigate behaviour support with confidence.
